We believe that education is a huge milestone in our company’s culture. Therefore, we have created Sigma Software University (SSU) – an education platform for knowledge and experience sharing among the IT society.

We are looking for a Training Manager to be a part of the team that promotes SSU. You will play a key role in the educational activities of the company including external courses, internship programs, professional staff growth, and development of the new competencies.

  • Responsibilities

    • Cooperate with Delivery and HR managers with the aim to identify new competencies expansion
    • Manage of the whole cycle of training courses preparation
    • Analyze and verify the quality and content of training data including course design; perform program evaluations
    • Select inside and outside consultants and evaluate their effectiveness
    • Ensure support and personal development coaching to employees, who would like to become trainers and speakers
    • Marketing research, competitor analysis, demand analysis for new training courses launch
    • Work with existing customers. Seek and target new customers as well as fresh sales opportunities. Form and maintain the customer database
    • Personally and actively participate in a sales process. Manage customers through the entire sales cycle
    • Contracting. Manage the process of preparation and signing of legal and financial documents. Instruct customers on payment issues
  • Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in similar positions
    • Work experience in IT area would be a plus
    • Keen understanding of corporate training trends and best practices
    • Successful sales experience
    • Expertise in modern learning methods and tools
    • Presentation skills, stakeholder management
    • Negotiation, networking, impacting, and convincing skills
    • Basic financial knowledge
    • Courage to take initiative in unfamiliar circumstances
    • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
    • At least Intermediate English level
