As a Test Engineer, you’ll work closely with the customer’s team and investigate new features. You will help improve the platform and make it more efficient.

Customer

Our customer provides a novel approach to office meals. Using their platform, customers get automated and organized lunches, serving individual and customizable meals to offices from restaurants. They deliver asymmetric advantages to their customers through vast domain expertise, simplicity, and a high level of service.

The customer is extremely open to the professional opinion of the team, so you will have a chance to initiate changes and improve the existing solution.

Requirements

  •  4+ years of experience in testing large and complex web and mobile applications
  • Experience in API testing (GraphQL)
  • Advanced knowledge of testing techniques and methodologies
  • Strong experience in test planning and estimation
  • Strong working knowledge of databases and SQL (complex joins)
  • Experience in automation testing
  • Experience using version control systems (Git)
  • English level – Intermediate+
  • Flexible schedule – the ability to work longer hours once a week

Personal Profile

  • Strong analytical skills to participate in troubleshooting issues with different teams to identify the root cause and find solutions
  • Attention to detail (from data to pixels)
  • Always looking for ways to improve and optimize your work and processes

Responsibilities

  • Manual testing of Web and mobile UI, API, and data
  • Writing and supporting test documentation
  • Supporting and expanding coverage by auto-tests (TestCafe+GitHub)
  • Participating in groomings and working on specifications with the Product Manager
