One of the projects is a leading provider of Intellectual Property services where the support of the internal platform is expected with data import and modification, bugs reporting, etc.

  • Responsibilities

    • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
    • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
    • Ensure the follow-up and resolving of the customer’s issues in a timely manner within SLA
    • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
    • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
    • Provide effective feedback; work closely with other departments
  • Requirements

    • Experience with operating systems
    • At least basic knowledge of SQL/XML/HTML (structure, main tags) or scripting
    • Basic knowledge of Support methodologies, processes, planning, tools, and techniques
    • At least Intermediate level of English
    • Strong verbal and writing communication skills
    • Willingness to learn
