We are looking for a Strong Junior/Middle Project Manager to join our team in Design & Web Solutions Department.

Our project managers are professionals at bringing ideas to life. They read business goals hidden behind the requirements, supply teams with user insights, push teams to the finish line, and ensure we deliver experiences that our customers delight.

  • Responsibilities

    • Project estimation and planning
    • Project activities control, time and effort tracking, status reporting
    • Team coordination
    • People management
    • Team utilization
    • Project risk management
    • Successful execution and delivery of projects within project constraints
    • Identification of business needs of customers and selection of the optimal product solution
    • Development of commercial offers
    • Help in developing of marketing strategies
  • Requirements

    The profile we’re looking for:

    Our approach and hands-on experience is at the heart of what makes us unique. You will need to be results oriented, be a fast learner, and able to pick up new tools and technologies quickly.

    • At least 1 year of project management experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in sales/related position
    • Good knowledge of project and program management methodology, tools, and techniques
    • Good communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams
    • Strong organizational, negotiation, conflict resolution capabilities
    • Understanding of corporate environment and objectives; ability to propose solutions for their achievement
    • Upper-Intermediate level of English

    Ideal candidates will have one or more of the following:

    • Understanding of software development lifecycle
    • Experience with project management tools
    • Experience with design project management
    • Experience with requirements and risk management
    • Experience in creating commercial offers for customers
    • Experience in personal sales in the B2B segment
