This is an exceptional journey for an experienced UX Product Designer to join a Clavister team in Warsaw. You will, from the start, be able to make an impact by leading the definition and improvements of Clavisters user experience strategy and Lean UX capabilities created from a blank canvas and only opportunities.

Together with highly skilled thought leaders and developers, you will work to make innovative cyber-security services easy to use and ensure the end users are secure via the EU Cloud but also in other appliances.

If you feel you are up for this challenge – join the distributed (Örnsköldsvik, Warsaw, and Stockholm) team to design, build, and operate this service!

We look forward to meeting you soon! So you can show and tell us more about you and how you have and would like to solve and visualize smooth customer experiences and user journeys.

Customer

Clavister is now combining 20+ years of cybersecurity pedigree. They deliver physical and virtual cybersecurity appliances with a highly secure, highly portable, multi-tenant cloud architecture to develop the leading European security-as-a-service (company’s competitors are the US, Chinese, or Israeli).

We are confident that the future lies in providing cyber-security as-a-service – the following market and industry trends drive this:

  • Users no longer work in a corporate office like in the old days but from home, a coffee shop, a co-op space, airport, or their car
  • Apps and the data these apps yield no longer reside on-premise in the corporate office but in the Cloud (often in a US-based one)
  • Complexity in cyber-attacks is ever-growing, also forcing the complexity in cybersecurity defense to increase proportionally – the pool of highly-skilled cyber-security is not growing, making it near impossible for a standard enterprise to design and maintain the required security properly
  • From now on, Entities will partner with a security-as-a-service partner and, in effect, outsource part of their IT Security to this partner – they will have a service agreement with this partner, trust is the essential characteristic of such a relationship

Project

You will deliver physical and virtual cybersecurity appliances with a highly secure, highly portable, multi-tenant cloud architecture to develop the leading European security-as-a-service (our competitors are the US, Chinese or Israeli). To maintain company’s position as Swedish and European, they plan to operate the service using European infrastructure (i.e., not using AWS, GCP, nor Azure).

We are still early in the product lifecycle, this means ample room for you to leave your mark! Your colleagues are all experts in various domains, our way of working is genuinely agile – based on Scrum and Lean best practices combined with mechanisms to support systemic innovation.

For this position, we will continuously review and interview qualified applicants.
