We welcome a proactive and enthusiastic Senior Scrum Master to join our team. This role assumes strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and related frameworks to pick the best practices and apply them efficiently. Knowledge of facilitation techniques will also help be successful.

Project

There are 5 development teams working on a product. They are split into 2 main locations.  We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master who will join the team and  coordinate/faciliate all needed Scrum ceremonies and events – as well as help with educating developers regarding Agile/Scrum specifics. Scrum framework is used with 1-week iterations to ensure quick turnaround and deliver value in small portions. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Agile/Scrum or related frameworks in the role of Scrum Master or Agile Coach 
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum and ability to apply it wisely in a different context 
  • Knowledge and experience in other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Lean, XP, etc.) 
  • Strong facilitation skills 
  • Fluent English 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Positive attitude 

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of framework(s) for scaling Scrum (SAFe or LeSS) 
  • Engineering background or knowledge 
  • Leadership skills 

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and develop trustful long-term relationships with customers 
  • Coordinate and facilitate the development teams as a Scrum Master 
  • Educate team members to improve skills in Agile and Scrum 
  • Contribute to Agile Risk Management processes 
  • Focus the team on the result 
  • Monitor task fulfillment and reporting to all needed stakeholders 
  • Documentation Management 
  • Contribute to Quality Management processes 
  • Facilitation of the projects staff: tracking, coordination, coaching, avoiding, and elimination of conflicts in the team, motivation
