Our Enterprise and Gaming Unit has succeeded in diverse fields such as Telecom, Automotive, and Gaming. However, we are not content to rest on our laurels. That’s why we are currently searching for a Senior Project Manager with a keen interest and deep domain knowledge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Strong experience in domain preferences
  • Experience as a business development manager (proposals, contracts, pre-sale communications)
  • Excellent business analysis skills and a good level of knowledge in the preferred domain
  • Strong level of hard skills in Project Management and People Management, together with a mature level of soft skills
  • Strong knowledge of project and program management methodology, tools, and techniques
  • Strong risk management skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop new domains and businesses
  • Take part in pre-sale activities
  • Take an active part in business and contract negotiations, as well as define business terms in contracts
  • Be a resource and people manager, actively participate in planning required hires in collaboration with the Recruiting team, and ensure onboarded people’s professional growth
  • Be an entrepreneur and act as a customer’s agent by developing customer relations and business insight and proposing extra services customers may need
  • Take corrective actions required to deliver a complete scope with the desired quality on time and within the budget (including scope change management, risk mitigation, etc.)
  • Manage project staff (partially): tracking, coordinating, working with team budgets and notifying management about the need for staff career growth; avoiding conflicts in the team
