As a Lead Developer, you will have interesting challenges and tasks:

5+ years of experience in development
Strong knowledge of C# programming language and .NET platform
Experience with database design and development
Strong analytical skills, ability to see the big picture and think in a business way
Experience in starting new projects
Requirements gathering experience
Skilled at estimation and technical solutions elaboration
Upper-Intermediate level of English

Team lead experience
Hands-on experience with React Native development
Experience working on a project under any kind of regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, WCAG, etc.)
Understanding the sense of microservices architecture

Suggest technical solution and drive estimation process
Create architecture and solutions from scratch
Design separate components, modules, classes, etc. as well as efficient integrations of building blocks at any level of abstraction
Work in tight collaboration with the Project Manager, Software Architect, and clients
Lead a team of software engineers (2-3 teammates)
Maintain continuous processes (integration, testing, and delivery)
