We are looking for a pro-active Senior Java Developer with excellent communication skills who will implement complex solutions based on high-level requirements. You will be working in a team of specialists and communicate directly with stakeholders and the development team from the customer side.

Project

Our Customer is a multi-billion telco provider with thousands of employees and a household name.
We work on a project for emerging requests processing which would appreciate well-thought-out ideas and fast development to improve project architecture, error tracing, CI/CD, etc.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial experience in Java
  • Strong knowledge of the libraries: Spring boot 2, Spring web, Spring data, Hibernate, Apache poi, Lombok, Swagger
  • Strong knowledge of SQL
  • Strong experience in testNG/JUnit testing framework
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong knowledge in the solution design
  • Good experience in Jenkins CI
  • Good knowledge of GIT VCS
  • Good experience in Linux
  • Good experience in software testing
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and Angular
  • Experience in communication with several teams
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English

 

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in leading a team
  • Experience in micro-services E2E tests development
  • Knowledge of Spring Web Socket
  • Experience in Spring JMS, Active MQ
  • Knowledge in Docker and Kubernetes

Responsibilities

  • Develop micro-services
  • Develop Unit and Integration tests
  • Design complex features architecture from scratch
  • Analyze and clarify requirements
  • Troubleshoot any Back-end issues, assist the team
  • Take part in conference calls with the Customer
  • Perform technical analysis and document the results
  • Estimate features or release, control that the team fits to estimates
  • Communicate with the representatives of other teams
  • Write technical and solution documentation
