Our customer is a fast-growing, leading online casino games provider, working with some of the biggest brands worldwide, with a passion for delivering cutting-edge products, both technically and creatively.

The project is leading the global Gaming Entertainment industry with an unrivaled ability to play well with others while supplying cutting-edge casino games and bespoke back-office solutions. Thanks to our ever-passionate creative and technical chops, we keep growing.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a slot game designer
  • Deep understanding of slot game mechanics (reel layout, pay lines, symbols, bonus, free spin, genres)
  • Understanding of RTP, game mathematics, RNG, and balancing
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Understanding of player psychology and engagement behavior
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, utilizing player feedback, analytics, and market research
  • Good English proficiency, around a B2 level or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with a talented and motivated team to craft high-quality game design documentation
  • Building bridges with other department leads, including product managers, engineers, and artists, to create a cohesive and top-tier end product
  • Showcasing your exceptional communication and collaboration skills, effectively sharing your ideas with the team and stakeholders
  • Demonstrating your ability to work both independently and within a team, maintaining the highest standards of quality
  • Staying on the cutting edge of industry trends and emerging technologies in the dynamic world of game design
