Customer

Our Customer is a well-known German automotive manufacturer with a global presence and a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and engineering excellence. Sigma Software has been collaborating with this Customer for over five years, delivering high-impact software solutions that support their production processes and operational efficiency.

Project

The engagement involves three interconnected web-based solutions. The primary system aggregates data from multiple Customer systems, processes it, and transforms it into actionable insights. This data — covering organizational, technical, and operational aspects — is used preventively to detect and address potential faults in automotive production lines. In case of a fault, the system provides detailed information to facilitate root cause analysis.
