We are in search of a Senior Data Analyst to lead team and understand project’s  business workflows and various data sources.


Our client is an advanced advertising and data company that provides audience-based, multiscreen advertising solutions to local, regional, and national businesses and advertising clients. They enable advertisers to reach more than 90 million U.S. households on television through cable networks, on-demand and addressable inventory across the U.S., and more than 45 million U.S. households through authenticated, privacy-compliant IP addressability supported by rich data sets and powerful analytics and attribution services in a simple, user-friendly way.


Our team is building the next generation of ads’ planning and campaign optimization platform. We are excited by what we’re building, and we care about the quality of our code, as well as our user experience.
The core functions for this position is to perform analyses, create data visualizations and presentations to support the programmatic buyers and client service teams.


  • Strong SQL programming skills
  • Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Science/Mathematics or related field or equivalent job experience. (Graduate degree in related field preferred)
  • Strong understanding of data structures and integration approaches
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization software
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in data analysis
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in database systems
  • Proven track record of demonstrating the ability to summarize and present analytic findings
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written)


Will be a plus:

  • Python and R programming experience
  • Previous background in media analytics in a media agency or organization
  • Comfortable with communication to audience members across all management levels internally and externally


  • Leading a team to provide custom analytics for various clients. This includes multi-screen reporting and attribution analyses, requiring data integration and querying skills to mine for insights across numerous TV & Digital data sources
  • Work closely with the Director of Analytics & Insights to lead projects and allocate resources to meet timelines for deliverables
  • Drive innovation within the team by applying creative technical approaches to ensure quality and leading-edge reporting and analytics
  • Articulate often complex technical matters in a clear and concise manner as a subject matter expert
  • Act as a technical liaison for other Data Management & Product Development functions within the organization, translating feedback gathered from client exposure in order to develop new analytic product offerings
  • Mentor and develop the skills of Analysts on the team to enhance their career development
  • Be responsible for understanding the business objectives, mining data and ultimately analyzing, reporting and presenting those findings with actionable insights
