Our customer is a cyber security company founded in 2012 in the USA. The company develops and implements technologies to protect organizations and users from cyber threats such as bot attacks, data breaches, phishing, digital fraud, and more. This includes a range of activities and offerings such as Threat Detection and Prevention, Incident Response, Security Consulting, etc.

The main product is the backbone of all products that protect enterprises from sophisticated bots. Today, it is possible to verify the humanity of more than 10 trillion interactions per week for some of the largest companies and internet platforms.


This role combines the responsibilities of PM, Scrum Master, and Agile manager. You’ll coordinate the work of 3 teams consisting of 20 people. Our teams are located in Canada, LATAM, the US East/West, and the UK. You’ll have an opportunity to work closely with the Director, Product Managers, and Technology teams on successful software delivery.

Responsibilities include facilitating agile ceremonies, managing backlogs, supporting team development, and improving processes. Also, perform people management for the team, ETS time tracking, and reporting.


  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager within a Scrum team
  • Good knowledge of Scrum methodology, as well as facilitation and moderation techniques
  • Good familiarity with SDLC
  • Outstanding organizational skills and proactivity
  • Experience in people management practices: coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management, team motivation, and team building
  • Working with documentation and issue tracking systems (Jira, Confluence, backlog structure, reporting, etc.)
  • Experience in preparing presentations for various audience levels (technical teams, product managers, directors, etc.)
  • Knowledge of LEAN
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English


  • Manage/surface blockers from regular standups and manage communications with the 3 teams
  • Support the implementation of the organizational project planning process rollout
  • Facilitate the sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint review, demos, and retrospectives
  • Create transparent and easy-to-read documentation, including various types of reports
  • Manage continuous improvement within the team, surface opportunities for process improvement in the greater organization
  • Be a resource and people manager, actively participate in planning required hires in collaboration with the Recruiting Team, ensure onboarded people’s professional growth
