Customer
Set of Customers. But mainly, you will focus on working with internal Clients represented by the Program Manager and the Chief PM.
Project
You will work directly with a pool of Developers and Project Managers and additionally track all the account resources, including QA, BA, and Contractors. Initially, it will be 60-80 people, with plans to increase this number.
Resource Manager will face such challenges:
Keeping track and forecasting financial and other indicators of the resource pool, performing market research to be effective in forecastingKeeping people motivated via managing their expectations, matching them to the company goals, arranging conditions for their professional growth, and suggesting a direction for training to extend their skill setSetting and reaching units/accounts business goals: revenue, gross, and debit values; preparing and conducting rate discussions with customers, managing utilization, etc.Building new teams for new/existing accounts via hiring people from the market, re-assigning people from other projects, etc.Creating, discussing, and signing contracts with subcontractors
