To be more precise, it is the world’s first global booking engine for influencer marketing. We are working on a leading-edge personalized, cloud based booking platform for scalable influencer marketing. Two solutions are possible: a cross-market platform for managing campaigns or a white-labeled solution that allows managing campaigns and clients in an efficient manner by means of a branded platform.

It allows members to collaborate and run influencer campaigns at scale, so they can grow their business and grow the industry overall. Members can run campaigns in any market, from anywhere in the world at any time of the day.

  • Manage a range of challenging projects
  • Coordinate work of a team to maintain the entire software project life cycle; we expect that you will be able to assure successful deliveries of projects, compile project teams, building a healthy internal environment, and manage people’s growth
  • Control reporting scheme, identify possible risks and develop mitigation actions, applying the best management methodologies and practices
  • Get involved in close communications with customers and successfully manage customers’ expectations

Customer

The customer is a Swedish startup in AdTech and Media domain. Their high involvement and care for product success make the cooperation exciting and engaging. They value original and creative ideas and provide fast feedback.

Project

The project assumes the development of an online marketing platform, incorporating modern architecture and design patterns to handle today and tomorrow’s requirements to performance. The solution has a lot of interesting integrations – social media, payment solutions, etc.

It is designed for a global launch and integrated with a scalable back-end.

The project is experiencing a turning point at the moment. In almost four years, the team has thoroughly analyzed the market and customer feedback, and now we are ready to implement all these changes into life. We are currently at the planning phaze.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working on web projects
  • Understanding of software development life cycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in people management practices: coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management, team motivation and team building
  • Experience in work with requirements, risk management
  • Experience with planning and tracking working progress
  • Experience with setting effective and transparent KPIs
  • Experience in communication with customers
  • High level of self-organization, attention to details
  • Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English

Responsibilities

  • Define project planning and estimations purpose and precision, drive estimation sessions with the team, transform estimates into timelines and project plans
  • Track and manage a project plan, manage expectations and deviations
  • Plan workload, distribute tasks between the team, make sure that work is done on schedule and within the allocated budget
  • Manage change requests, track their effect on the budget, inform stakeholders about any deviations promptly
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders through effective communication at the level required by generally applicable business standards
  • Support the entire Software Engineering cycle for the allocated set of projects (customer communications, requirements analysis, architecture, design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, maintenance)
  • Communicate risks to stakeholders in a transparent way, provide effective mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to projects lifecycle improvement through lessons learned, project archives, etc.
  • Create appealing and structured weekly/monthly reports
  • Manage team members: tracking, coordination, and timely notification of management about the need of career growth of staff; avoiding and elimination of conflicts in the team
