We invite an intelligent and hardworking Office Administrator to handle various office assignments. The position will be interesting for the candidates, who love to switch among different tasks and functions.

Office Administrator directs and coordinates office activities, improves the efficiency of the company, helps achieve the company’s mission and goals, and as a result, achieves excellent customer service.


  • At least 2 years of successful experience on a similar role
  • Prior Office Management experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and sustomer service skills
  • Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong record keeping skills
  • Presentation skills, including welcoming guests
  • Ability to multitask
  • At least Pre-Intermediate level of English


  • Managing our food and beverage supply and ensuring the teams are following their share of the day-to-day office upkeep
  • Managing administrative tasks that the team needs help with: travel arrangements, scanning invoices, placing orders, paying bills, managing the mail and parcels
  • Planning and managing events for our 500+ employees on a regular basis
  • Coordinating with our landlord regarding office-related matters – such as keys and employee access, etc.
  • Negotiating and communicating with our different vendors about facility maintenance, telephone services, internet
  • Creating and updating information and documentation about office policies, employee handbook, compliance
  • Various ad hoc administrative tasks in order to help out the leadership team
  • Fixing random stuff we do not foresee, by involving the right people or rolling up your sleeves
