Customer

The Client is a global company with operations in more than 100 countries and a team of over 12,000 employees, one of the largest gambling providers in the world. This company is a leading developer of innovative software and systems for digitally distributed gaming entertainment.

  • Responsibilities
    • Project planning – define, estimate, schedule, and document all the work required to achieve the customer’s goals
    • Project control – manage, monitor, and forecast the project to ensure successful delivery within the given constraints
    • Manage communications with the customer and internal stakeholders, ensure customer’s satisfaction
    • Support the entire software development, focus the team on the result
    • Drive and support the continuous improvement of the project
    • Manage project risks
    • Resource management
    • Develop, manage, and keep actual project management documentation

  • Requirements
    • At least 3 years of commercial experience in Project Management in IT
    • Strong theoretical and technical background in project management, preferably PMBoK
    • Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and successful delivery of fixed price projects with at least 5 FTE team and 6 months duration
    • Good theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in requirements and risk management
    • Experience in communication with customers in software outsourcing
    • Strong people management practices: coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management, team motivation and team building
    • Upper-Intermediate level of English

    Would be a plus:

    • Experience and understanding of casino games or game development
    • Understanding of Art/Animation creation processes and experience with Spine/Photoshop/Animate
