Our team is looking for a new team member, who will work on a system, which mainly helps Swedish IT corporation in the field of automation of the recruitment processes and managing competencies of the employees.


The project assumes software development of a web-based enterprise document management and a recruiting system being used by an IT Swedish corporation. The system mainly acts as a competence database allowing managers to find the employees fitting for the corresponding assignments, as well as a tool for recruiters to process career application and to communicate with candidates and partners.

  • Responsibilities

    • Deliver high quality code on the .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, MS SQL)
    • Work closely with the project team to finalize requirements
    • Contribute to the technical and software design decisions within the team
    • Collaborate daily with the Test Engineer and related teams to ensure the quality of the delivered features
    • Maintain existing web applications
  • Requirements

    • At least 3+ years of experience in commercial .NET development
    • Good OOP/OOD skills and good quality of produced code
    • Good understanding of .NET Framework
    • Good knowledge of ASP.NET Web API and MVC, basic principles understanding of ASP.NET Core
    • Good knowledge of relational DB concepts, MS SQL Server
    • Good knowledge of Angular 6/Understanding of AngularJS
    • Experience with ORM frameworks (like NHibernate, etc.)
    • Proven skills in unit test frameworks and tools
    • Good knowledge of CSS/HTML, JavaScript, and JQuery
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • At least Intermediate level of written and spoken English
