We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to assist with the development of Sigma Software University. It would be advantageous for the candidate to have an understanding of the IT industry and previous experience promoting educational platforms.

Our ideal candidate is a mature specialist with a systematic approach, dedication, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently. We are looking for someone who takes the initiative and drives the project forward, rather than just performing tasks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Creative thinking is a must
  • Solid understanding of the IT education and training industry, including its trends, target audience, competitors, and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of IT and educational platforms would be a significant advantage
  • Good knowledge of copyrighting, remarketing, Google Ads & Analytics principles, including creating compelling content for websites, social media, emails, and other marketing materials also highly valued
  • Knowledge of different marketing tools and channels, ability to choose the right ones
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools
  • Ability to adapt to changing company needs with superior problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and the ability to multitask on a variety of projects
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

Responsibilities

  • Running an in-depth market analysis, building a marketing strategy for numerous Sigma Software University products
  • Development and implementation of a marketing strategy to attract clients
  • Identification of the target audience, its segments, and needs; formulation of a communication strategy with the audience
  • Management of the marketing budget and analysis of its effective utilization
  • Implementation of a media plan for communication with the target audience, organization of advertising campaigns
  • Management of key performance indicators of campaigns and development a loyalty program
  • Participation in the department’s business planning process
  • Analyzing the website competitors, performing SEO optimization of the Sigma Software University website to meet the requirements of search engine algorithms
  • Taking over product ownership of the website
  • Running targeted advertising, social media marketing
