We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for generating outbound leads, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams. The role will include a full cycle of lead generation activities, conducting multiple outbound campaigns. The main goal in this role is to generate leads, schedule meetings with leads, and transfer them to Business Development Managers. Would be a big plus if a candidate has good experience in working with sales automation tools and in case of a need can advise on improvements. We expect a result-oriented person who can work independently, with full support from the Marketing and Sales team.

Company ensures full coverage with automation tools, materials, articles, and company presentations.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Possess good research skills and have a detail-oriented mindset
  • Have a basic experience working with scripts and follow-ups
  • Proficiency with office tools
  • At least basic understanding of the specifics of IT sales
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other professional social media
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

 

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with both email and social media lead generation tools
  • Experience working in the same position in IT company
  • Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Generate outbound leads
  • Conduct research for potential clients
  • Identify appropriate leads within the target audience on LinkedIn and other similar platforms
  • Manage data for new and prospective leads in CRM
