Project

The support is needed for a leading performance marketing company that delivers tailored experiences at scale. Digital businesses use the company`s service to provide users with high-converting, one-to-one messages on websites, through emails and texts, and in ads at a scale that is not otherwise possible.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Support methodologies, processes, planning, tools, and techniques
  • Basic experience in JavaScript
  • Intermediate level of spoken and written English
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide 2 level technical infrastructure support services for issues
  • Secure the agreed service levels is always met according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA), such as response & resolution times, quality levels, work volumes done, etc.
  • Plan and perform preventive actions concerning the solution and/or its environment to avoid potential issues in the future
  • Perform all tasks and providing deliverables on a good level of quality
  • Report status and progress according to the project and Company demands
  • Response to service requests
