We welcome a proactive and enthusiastic Scrum Master to join a Wunderkind project. It’s a unique opportunity to work with a US based multicultural team where you can show your expertise and devotion to Agile methods.

Customer

Our customer is Wunderkind, a New York-based leading performance marketing engine that delivers tailored experiences at a scale. It reached the $100 million annual recurring revenue (ARR) threshold. It’s a fast-growing company, IPO is planned in 2022. Their advertisers are HULU, American express, Forever 21, Uniqlo (MiniSo), Pandora, Budget, and many more big names.

Project

We expect a true Scrum Master to help our client with Agile transformation (90% of your time) and contribution to PMO development (10%). You are going to work in a team of experienced Scrum Masters, who will share their expertise and best practices with you. We are ready to teach you how to be a real Agile Leader.

Requirements

  • Strong Agile/Scrum practices, values, and theoretical knowledge
  • 1,5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for a SaaS company or software development team; or/and 2+ years of relevant IT experience, including a strong understanding of customer/stakeholder relationships, business analysis, prioritization, estimation and capacity management, iterative/incremental software development
  • Experience in coaching and some Agile Games
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
  • English level – Upper-Intermediate and above

 

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in management of 2 Scrum teams in parallel
  • Agile (ICP) and/or Scrum certifications PSM I or CSP
  • Technical background
  • Knowledge in Digital Advertising (AdTech domain)

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates agile events, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives as needed, and effectively builds self-organizing, cohesive, and high-performing teams
  • Guides the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
  • Supports and educates a Product Owner
  • Motivates and supports project team members, ensures enough tools and knowledge to do their job, and quick resolution of blocking issues
  • Managing up to 2 teams (3-5 engineers each)
  • Coaching team members to be self-organizing and empowered
