  • Responsibilities

    The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to a plan. The Project Manager will also define the project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.


    Junior Project Manager has the powers to:

    • Escalate project issues to the Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Department Manager
    • Improve his/her qualification within the area(s) of expertise at various training courses, seminars, and/or other educational organizations
    • Manage end-to-end projects of various size
    • Have authority over the project team as defined in the project charter (including tasks assignment and performance review)
    • Negotiate scope, resources, and schedule changes with customers
  • Requirements

    • At least 2 years’ experience of working in IT area as a PM
    • Understanding of software development life cycle
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in people management practices: coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management, team motivation and team building
    • Knowledge and experience in risks management
    • Experience in communication with customers
    • Knowledge and experience in requirements management
    • Experience in PM tools: planning and progress tracking tools (Burndown, EVA, MS Project), TFS, Jira, SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel
