Our customer is a global leader in the delivery of advanced wireless systems, networks, and solutions.


The system that we are developing helps employees of the civil sphere gather and track meter data automatically and semi-automatically using a set of telemetry devices with specified software.

We help with two parts of the system delivery:

  • Software, which facilitates communication between end-units and mobile GateWay when there is no fixed network coverage
  • Firmware, which allows data gathering from the meter itself, including the status checks

  • Responsibilities

    • Defining, estimating, and scheduling of project work to achieve the scope
    • Managing, monitoring, and forecasting of project execution; successful execution and delivery of projects on time and within allocated budget
    • Ensuring of internal and external customers’ management through effective communication at the level required by generally applicable business ethics standards
    • Coordination of development teams and their leads
    • Supporting of the entire Software Engineering cycle for the allocated set of projects
    • Project risk management
    • Focusing the team on the result
    • On time monitoring of task fulfillment and reporting to management and customers
    • Taking of corrective actions as required to deliver complete scope with desired quality in time and within the budget
    • Configuration management
    • Project Documentation Management
    • Project Quality Assurance and Quality Management
    • Contributing to projects lifecycle improvement through lessons learned, project archievements, etc.
    • Management of the projects staff (partially): tracking, coordination, and timely notification of management about the need of carrier growth of staff; avoiding and elimination of conflicts in the team
  • Requirements

    • At least 1 year of project management experience in IT area
    • Understanding of software development lifecycle
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in people management practices: coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management, team motivation and team building
    • Experience in work with requirements, risk management
    • Experience in communication with customers
    • Experience in composing documents (requirements specification, estimations, etc.)
    • Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English
    • Successful delivery of .NET based products will be a plus
