Our client delivers Cloud-based, SaaS-enabled Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions and services. It enables business enterprises to engage and communicate with their customers in a pro-active, cost-efficient, and integrative manner.


One of the products, which Sigma teams develop, is a platform that provides a service for creating and managing outputs for mass communication processes.

Using the platform applications, operators can create artifacts, send outputs and monitor required business processes. Several additional applications help to track statistics and ensure reliable storage and security of customer data.

  • Responsibilities

    • Develop separate components, modules, classes, etc.
    • Perform coding, debugging, and unit testing
    • Participate in peer code reviews
    • Participate in estimation and planning sessions
    • Report status and progress according to the project and company demands
    • Understand the front-end part of the web-application to be able to solve business problems and take responsibility for the result
    • Solve puzzles and work by yourself without micromanagement and direct control

    Experience with:

    • Angular 8
    • RxJS
    • Webpack
    • NPM
    • SCSS
    • Keycloak
    • Unit testing: Jasmine
    • Integration testing: Cypress
    • At least Intermediate level of English
