  • Responsibilities

    • Lead full-cycle recruitment outside of Ukraine (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, closing)
    • Participate in meetings with customers
    • Collaborate with hiring managers around role definition, pipeline calibration, interviewing preparedness, candidate assessment, and decision-making
    • Create and place vacancies on different professional resources
    • Proactively develop and execute candidate-generation strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools
    • Monitor job market
    • Take part in PR events (job fairs, conferences, user groups, etc.)
    • Prepare recruitment reports
    • Maintain candidates database
  • Requirements

    • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment at international companies or recruitment agencies
    • At least 2 years of experience with international recruitment
    • Good knowledge of full cycle recruitment process
    • Good knowledge of search sources and specific platforms for searching for specialists outside of Ukraine
    • Experience in negotiations with management
    • Good knowledge of IT markets outside Ukraine, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies
    • Good skills in candidates search and selection including direct search
    • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
