We are a Swedish-Ukrainian company with offices in 10+ countries around the world. We aim to extend existing offices and establish new ones in Latin America to invite IT specialists from different countries willing to join an international IT services company, working with world-known brands like DanAds, SAS, Volvo Penta, Scania, and IATA.

For this, we are looking for a dynamic and energetic leader to be a local representative in Argentina and become a Head of Office to build a positive image, relations, and visibility. We are seeking a mature person with the superpower and energy inside to drive the growth of the location and help achieve the company’s mission and goals.

Your role will include employer brand activities, recruiting, people management, and other areas that will help Sigma Software grow.

Requirements

  • Experience on a similar role or as a Recruitment/HR lead
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding specifics of local market
  • Great time management skills
  • Strong prioritization and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities

  • Build company brand on Argentina market and represent the company on a country level to build a positive image, relations, and visibility
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the office and company
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective recruiting opportunities. Recruit with help of external recruiting
  • Retain existing and upcoming employees, keep an eye on employees’ mood and ensure that the office delivers value and excellence to the clients
  • Cultivate and grow a strong team that will maintain company targets. Bring out the best of office personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
  • Coordinate with, report, and make recommendations to senior management in order to improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  • Share knowledge with other offices and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
