  • Proficient MS Office user, especially with Excel, PP, and Word 
  • Good analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to details

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English

  • Prepare reports based on quality performance data
  • Collect, process, and provide the necessary information on demand
  • Keep records of key process results with a high level of accuracy
  • Attend and coordinate meetings, create meeting minutes
  • Proofread and review documents in English
  • Assist in preparing vacancies, CVs, etc.
  • Plan and forecast the department’s budget 
  • Process and analyze main financial metrics (Utilization, GM, EBIT, Revenue, etc.)
  • Cooperate closely with project managers, recruitment and HR team, training team, and quality department
  • Keep the company’s tracking system under control
