We welcome a Customer Support Engineer to join our constantly growing team, which provides the best services for our customers.

You will have the opportunity to work in the Hamburg-based Human Resources company specializing in administering employer-funded pension schemes.

  • Responsibilities

    • Provide L1 e-mail and chat support for end-users
    • Meet all KPIs and targets
    • Escalate unresolved problems to higher levels of support
    • Directly collaborate with the Project internal teams
    • Write support knowledge base articles
  • Requirements

    • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English and German, both verbal and written
    • At least 0,5 year of experience in a similar position
    • Experience with bug-tracking (Jira) and support systems (Intercom, Zendesk)
    • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
