Your main mission is to make our customers so loyal, they never want to leave us and enjoy their journey with Sigma Software! You will oversee our loyalty program, which means you’ll be the hero who introduces our customers to amazing perks and benefits, making sure they get the best and coming up with new ideas to make it even better.  

But wait, there is more! As a part of our amazing team, you will also work closely with project managers, marketing, and development teams to ensure our customers get the best experience possible. 

Requirements

  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience 
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships 
  • Highly organized and able to multitask 
  • Ability to establish milestones and keep team members on task 
  • Flexibility and ability to implement changes fast 
  • Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English 

Responsibilities

  • Own, maintain, and develop further Customer loyalty program 
  • Review customer feedback and seek ways to improve the customer experience with the loyalty program 
  • Oversee and make sure that all the best practices are implemented on all accounts 
  • Inform our customers with the latest updates and news about our company 
  • Assist with social media to make the Sigma Software Brazil brand even better
