Project

The department unites almost 150 qualified Microsoft Stack professionals: .NET gurus; Full Stack developers; DevOps engineers, Project Managers. We work mostly with enterprise segment Customers, which operate in numerous and versatile domains: automotive, aviation, government and public sector, construction and city infrastructure, etc.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements
  • Capable of drafting functional / business / system specifications
  • Good knowledge of requirement elicitation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations
  • Fair knowledge and understanding of technology concepts, including the ability to adapt quickly
  • Excellent relationship management and Client Coordination skills
  • Ability to document test scenarios and acceptance criteria
  • Ability to review test case documents
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Define specifications and utilize business analysis skills to document customer processes
  • Define the features to be developed and record them accurately on the Backlog
  • Work with customers via workshops, interviews, and observations to build an understanding of how a solution might meet their needs
  • Develop acceptance and test criteria to support QA, based on customer knowledge
  • Own and develop relationships with customers, working with them to support feedback into the software lifecycle
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve quality and deliver better value to the customer
  • Act as an independent reviewer of the release quality offering a voice outside of the core development team to aid with release decisions
  • Serve as a customer expert for product questions and queries that may arise internally or externally related to the use of products and services
  • Work effectively with internal team members, external project principals, subcontractors and suppliers, in defining solutions
  • Contribute to sprint demonstrations to provide customer insight
  • Maintain and improve product knowledge
