This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, development, and business teams. We expect you to refine Jira backlog with business ideas, write technical specifications to transform ideas into developed solutions, and craft executive presentations. We need your exceptional problem solving and analytical skills to structure complex tasks. Together with our project manager, you will prioritize, monitor, and report activities. You will take an active part in gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. We will make decisions relying on your actionable insights transformed from collected and interpreted data.

You need to have proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of investments.
As we are a product-based company, your prior experience in such companies is a strong plus.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
  • Proven experience of collaboration in the planning, design, and development of new features, landing pages, and enhancements to existing ones
  • Experience in creation of specifications, diagrams/charts to set tasks to development team
  • Experience in tasks approval and monitoring (Jira)
  • Experience in cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed solutions to help management in making implementation decisions
  • Experience in analysis of user-data, user interviews, market research, competitive analysis
  • Finding of user behavior patterns using event tracking, cohorts, trends, funnels, user segmentation, behavior flow or similar types of analysis in order to generate new business ideas or improve existing flows
  • Research, presentation, and data visualization skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to develop and use structured approaches to identify root causes and recommend solutions
  • At least upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Elicit business requirements using interviews, document analysis (e.g. business process descriptions), requirements workshops, surveys, on-site visits, and many other techniques
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information, needs, and requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: vision documents, software requirements documents, use cases, user stories
  • Serve as the conduit between the internal and external stakeholders and the software development team through the requirements flow
  • Manage and maintain requirements from inception to retirement, assess changes, drive requirements prioritization and approval
