Agile Coach/Scrum Master

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
• Experience with distributed multinational teams
• Strong experience in collaboration with stakeholders
• Strong experience in risks management
• Good coaching and facilitation skills
• Experience in conflicts resolution
• Evidence of implemented metrics that helped business to make a positive improvement. Be ready to provide a real example on request

Will be a plus:

• Agile certifications
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Git

Responsibilities

• Setup and manage Agile ceremonies and ensure that they are efficient
• Collect data and create metrics to track the teams’ and projects’ efficiency, implement improvements based on the results
• Coach the teams to work according to the Agile principles
• Manage risks and issues
• Help the teams to meet project goals and commitments
• Support Product Owner in managing Backlog and guiding the teams
• Help the teams to do planning and estimation, make sure that it is efficient
• Collaborate with leaders, teams, and different stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
