We are looking for a motivated and self-driven person to join one of the most dynamically growing departments, Mobile & Web Solutions. It unites almost 300 professionals in various technologies.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of commercial experience in sales or account management
  • Experience in developing business opportunities
  • Experience of working with budgets, marginality, contracts and invoices
  • Hands-on experience in business and contract negotiations, in defining business terms in contracts
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • High level of self-organization, attention to details
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English

 

Will be a plus:

  • Commercial experience in project management
  • Experience in planning, executing, and successful delivery of  projects

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and develop trustful long-term relationships with customers
  • Immerse into escalated issues and conflicts, identify their root causes, and eliminate them, support a Project Manager in resolving the issues
  • Compile and issue invoices, acceptance certificates
  • Plan, set up, and control key performance indicators, identify deviations and their causes, influence the causes to get projects/account to target
  • Identify customer’s complementary and supplementary needs, make valuable offers
  • Create an appealing and well-structured proposal text description, including demonstrating client focus and business thinking
  • Suggest the most reasonable cooperation model, consider constraints, goals, and expectations
  • Legal papers review and preparation with necessary assistance from the Legal team
  • Ensure that project execution follows legal obligations set up within the legal documents
  • Monitor cumulative color indication of financial metrics to improve them through project management methods, alignment, and collaboration with upper management
