Requirements

  • Good theoretical knowledge and 3-6 months experience as a Recruitment Sourcer
  • A passion for the IT industry and a keen interest in talent acquisition
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of verbal and written English and a higher
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently
  • Analytical mindset
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed any degree (no experience required)
  • Ability to work in a remote and collaborative setting

Responsibilities

  • Learn theoretical knowledge and gain the practical experience needed for further growth as a Researcher
  • Engage in self-study through lectures and recommended materials
  • Practice in real cases applying new skills
  • Collaborate with mentors during the practical part of the trainee program
