Project

Intern L&D Specialist is responsible for timely and proper learning and fulfillment of tasks according to requirements and instructions given by the Mentor. The final objective of the Intern’s study is to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to obtain the position of Junior L&D Specialist.

Requirements

  • Practical experience with WordPress or HTML, CSS
  • Basic Excel
  • Basic experience designing for the web (desktop and mobile)
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

Would be a plus:

  • 3D modeling/animation skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing technical support and troubleshooting for LMS users
  • Assist in uploading, organizing, and managing learning content, including courses, modules, assessments, and multimedia files, within the LMS
  • Assist in developing user guides, training materials, and documentation for LMS users
  • Help ensure the quality and accuracy of content, including conducting periodic checks, reviewing course materials, and testing functionality
  • Collaborate with other team members, such as instructional designers, trainers, and content creators
  • Help generate and analyze LMS usage reports, track learner progress, and provide insights and recommendations based on data
  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
  • Apply tested learning theories, practices, and methods
  • Help in the organization of the learning process in the most effective way
  • Be part of implementing talent development & technical expertise growth initiatives
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
