Project

The tools being developed are used by IT service providers to automate their activities performed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), such as backup/restore, providing security, and performing administrative tasks on Microsoft 365 tenants.

Project technologies: .NET 8, Angular, Oracle NetSuite, MS Dynamics CRM, Salesforсe.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in Senior or Lead roles focused on system migration or enterprise software implementation projects
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM; experience with their data models, workflows, and configurations
  • Proven ability to manage complex data and process migration projects, including scoping, mapping, and validation of legacy-to-new system transitions
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, etc.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, including experience working across business units and with technical implementation teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred)
  • Advanced level of English

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for the migration project from Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to the target software infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct detailed requirements gathering by collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to understand current-state processes and define future-state needs
  • Perform gap analysis between existing and proposed systems, identify key integration and data migration challenges, and develop solutions to bridge process and system differences
  • Document business processes, use cases, and data flow diagrams, ensuring clarity for both business and technical audiences
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities, acting as a bridge between business users and IT teams
  • Monitor and report project progress, risks, and dependencies from a business analysis perspective, contributing to overall project planning and governance
