The Technical Support Engineer will provide subject matter expertise, resolve break/fix scenarios, and engage broader teams when necessary. You will partner with engineers, vendors, and client services to deliver successful technical solutions. This role requires limited supervision and guidance while executing associated functions and responsibilities.
