Requirements

  • Higher education degree
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within IT/software development, with proven success in AI-related projects
  • Proven track record of successfully completing complex AI proposals and formal tenders involving cross-functional teams
  • Advanced English and German (both verbal and written communication, including report writing)
  • Knowledge of software development processes and AI solution lifecycles
  • Experience preparing proposals and presentation materials for AI-powered solutions
  • Strong negotiation, business communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work accurately, stay organized, and pay attention to details

Responsibilities

  • Seeking and targeting new customers and sales opportunities, initiating action plans to approach and secure new business for the Company, with a focus on AI-driven solutions and services
  • Participating personally and actively in the sales process, delivering presentations to customers, developing new opportunities, and managing customers throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Identifying the expectations and constraints of potential clients and ensuring that the Company’s proposals align with their business needs in the best possible way
  • Driving the contract signing process and related negotiations
  • Preparing and developing relevant documentation, including case studies, contracts, work orders, presentations, and other sales materials
  • Ensuring a smooth transition of new accounts to the Delivery team
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the sales CRM, ensuring all relevant information is properly documented and proposals meet profitability KPIs
  • Building and continuously expanding a strong network of professional connections relevant to the Company’s services
  • Continuously increasing company revenue and expanding the customer base
  • Analyzing relevant conferences, AI-related events, and market opportunities
  • Maintaining a high level of expertise in focus domains through continuous learning
  • Developing, maintaining, and strengthening long-term business relationships with the Company’s customers
