We are currently seeking a Web Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and addressing issues related to improving user behavior for digital products, including mobile applications, web applications, and websites. We are looking for a person who likes to work with data, run tests, and draw conclusions based on data together with the team.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Google Analytics (Enhanced E-commerce), Google Tag Manager, Firebase, and Power BI
  • Experience in running and analyzing A/B tests to inform decision-making
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for data manipulation and visualization
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and an understanding of DOM document structures
  • Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights

 

Would be a plus

  • Background in UX research or usability testing
  • Familiarity with Front-end technologies and web performance metrics
  • Experience with mobile analytics systems (e.g., AppMetrica, AppsFlyer) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize products and activities, contributing to strategic product decisions
  • Build reports, dashboards, and metrics
  • Plan, conduct, and interpret the results of A/B tests to optimize existing product features and implement new ones
  • Conduct UX research and analyze results (optional and depends on the candidate’s experience)
