Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager
  • Strong understanding of the outsourcing model and adapting product solutions to client needs
  • Experience with product lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple product solutions simultaneously
  • Advanced level of English

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team during pre-sales to understand client requirements, define product solutions, and craft compelling proposals
  • Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into product solutions aligned with client goals
  • Gather and document client feedback to refine proposals and tailor solutions
  • Assist in negotiating project scopes and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet business expectations
  • Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on client needs and business value
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and product specifications for development teams
  • Work with technical teams to assess feasibility and resource needs for proposed solutions
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff after pre-sales, with all product details transitioned for execution
  • Contribute to delivery strategy development, ensuring product solutions are scalable and implementable
