Senior Go Developer

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development and architecture using Go
• Experience dealing with scaling highly available, globally distributed systems
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Ability to manage and measure multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate complex topics to business stakeholders
• Experience working with Scrum/Agile and a good understanding of how it works in real life
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and action plans on a deliverable schedule
• Ability to properly define estimations and deliver on those goals
• A passion for development and new technologies

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Experience with engineering and business concepts in the AdTech industry
• Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies

Responsibilities

• Work on cutting edge applications
• Lead development efforts, design and solve some of the advertising industry’s most complex scaling issues
• Be responsible for various project initiatives to improve the delivery of hundreds of billions of transactions per day
• Work alongside a team of engineers on an existing code base
• Play a key part in influencing the engineering and product direction
• Implement best practices for security, CI/CD, testing, and code quality
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and contribute to technical decision-making and innovation within the team
