Project

Our internal recruitment team supports Sigma Software’s global hiring needs by sourcing and engaging skilled candidates across multiple geographies. You will work on diverse roles, collaborate with international colleagues, and contribute to innovative recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
  • Strong proficiency in recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Good knowledge of traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of an international team
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

WILL BE A PLUS

  • Experience with ATS systems
  • Boolean search expertise
  • Knowledge of specific global talent markets
  • Multilingual skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop talent pipelines of high-quality candidates across multiple global geographies
  • Identify and engage top tech and non-tech talent
  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to define position requirements and search strategies
  • Collaborate with team members to create innovative attraction and engagement strategies
  • Search traditional and non-traditional sources, such as job boards, lists, search engines, and social media
