Are you a talented people manager and want to grow professionally in Project Management? You have an exciting chance to pass this path together with Sigma Software through 6 months internship. All you need to start is strong communication and time management skills, attention to detail, a high level of written and spoken English, and an eagerness to learn quickly. The technical background will be a plus but is not strictly required.

Project

You will be involved in practicing project management at one of Sigma Software company’s biggest departments.

You will work with clients from Sweden and Italy in different domain areas, including education technology and telecom and of various sizes, starting from startups and up to enterprises.

Learning to provide support to your mentor-project manager with daily activities will allow you to gain and polish your professional abilities gradually.

  • Responsibilities

    • Implement company personnel policy and procedures
    • Hold face-to-face meetings on a regular basis, do it in a well-structured way with clear records
    • Monitor personnel motivation level, identify possible risks at an early stage, and come up with mitigation plan proactively
    • Conduct personnel performance review and make sure the career roadmaps are developed following business goals
    • Coordination of development teams
    • Time reporting
  • Requirements

    • Experience in people management practices: coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management, team motivation, and team building
    • Understanding of software development lifecycle
    • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Upper-Intermediate or at least intermediate English level
