In this role, you will be involved in both pre-sales activities and project management, while cultivating open and trust-based communication with both Customers and the team. Requirements

  • At least 2,5 years of practical experience as a Project Manager in IT
  • Theoretical background in project management
  • Hands-on experience in project delivery
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, business development, and engagement management activities
  • Hands-on experience in project delivery
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

 

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in a Business Analyst or Product owner role
  • Experience in creating reports with tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience of managing software development teams of more than 10 FTE’s
  • Skills in mentoring and people management

Responsibilities

  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including preparing project proposals, estimates, etc.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor project execution. Deliver projects on time
  • Establish and enforce quality standards and processes for project deliverables
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to projects life-cycle improvement through lessons learned, project achievements, etc.
  • Establish and maintain good communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, change requests, and project plans, and prepare project status reports
  • Conduct project post-mortems to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Act as a people manager, actively participating in the planning of required hires in collaboration with the Recruiting team, ensuring professional development of onboarded people
  • Drive continuous improvements in your Competence Center and contribute to process and company development through PMO and PM training input
  • Perform company interviews and contribute to the hiring process
