Responsibilities
Project estimation and planning:
- Lead the estimation process, defining project scope, timelines, and resource requirements for creative, graphic design, and web development projects (WordPress, WebFlow, etc.)
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring that all phases are accounted for, from concept to delivery
Project activities control, time, and effort Tracking:
- Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Track team effort, project hours, and deliverables to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management
Team coordination:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing specialists, ensuring smooth collaboration
- Ensure that all team members are aligned with project goals, timelines, and deliverables
People management:
- Lead and motivate the project team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
- Foster a positive work environment where team members can collaborate, solve problems, and grow professionally
Team utilization:
- Ensure optimal utilization of team members by assigning tasks based on skills, availability, and project needs
- Balance workloads across the team to prevent burnout and maintain productivity
Project risk management:
- Identify potential project risks early on, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks
- Proactively address issues as they arise, ensuring that projects stay on track
Successful execution and delivery of projects:
- Ensure projects are executed efficiently and delivered within the agreed scope, budget, and timelines
- Maintain a high standard of quality in all deliverables, ensuring they meet both client and internal expectations
Customer business needs identification and product solution selection:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to recommend optimal solutions that align with client objectives and add value to their business
Support in developing marketing strategies:
- Contribute to the creation of marketing strategies, especially concerning internal branding and Sigma Software’s identity
