Senior Project Manager (Healthcare domain)

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial experience
• Experience working with or within enterprise product companies
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Cultural awareness (India, Germany, Ukraine)
• Strong organizational change management skills
• Strong operational management skills
• Understanding of the software development life cycle
• Strong experience in Agile
• Familiarity with Big Data and Data Product concepts
• Experience in driving several initiatives simultaneously, from initiation to closure
• Experience in project initiation process
• Knowledge and experience in SWOT analysis
• Strong practical experience in risk analysis and management
• Experience in identifying and managing opportunities
• Advanced level of English

• Anything else what falls between the cracks and hindering project success
• Align teams’ efforts to bring the right solutions
• Integration of various project and components into 1 program
