Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience working with Link 16 systems or similar encrypted communication protocols
  • Proven experience with C and C++
  • Proficiency in Link 16 tactical data link systems and military communication protocols
  • Cryptographic key management and secure authentication mechanisms
  • Strong knowledge of network-centric warfare concepts
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, network security, or embedded systems security
  • Experience with tactical data link software and hardware
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of German and English

  • Provide technical expertise and support for Link 16 operations and exercises
  • Stay current with advancements in tactical data link technologies and military communication protocols
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports
  • Participate in project planning and execution related to Link 16 implementations
