We are looking for an Intern/Junior Full Stack Engineer to take part in the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions.

Customer

Our customer is one of the leading providers of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to service providers. It delivers products and services needed for mobile and fixed communication, radio, and transmission networks.

Project

The project is for one of the biggest Telecom providers worldwide. It assumes software development of web-based applications for network configuration and the design and development of the software tools for multi-domain software platform in Radio, Core, and Mobile Backhaul domains for various engineering activities: Site Design, Product Configuration, Integration, and Quality Assurance.

Team: 6 Developers, 2 QA, PM, and PO on the customer side.

Tech stack: .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, TypeScript, Knockout.js.

Requirements

  • Around 6 months of experience in .NET development
  • Knowledge of OOP/OOD, high quality of the produced code
  • Understanding of Entity Framework/Entity Framework Core
  • Familiarity with unit testing purpose and mechanism, unit testing frameworks, and tools
  • Basic knowledge of relational DB concepts, SQL Server
  • Understanding multi-tier application architecture and experience in the development of such systems will be a plus
  • Intermediate level of English

 

Would be a plus

  • Experience with ASP .NET Core, ASP .NET Web API, TypeScript, KnockoutJS (or any MVVM framework), Ninject

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and debug your code under the supervision of senior developers
  • Know how to cover your code by unit, integration, or component tests
  • Learn best engineering & SDLC practices and apply them in daily work
  • Participate in requirements clarification sessions, and planning sessions with a client to help the Product team build a stable web application
  • Perform code review of other team members using development guidelines
  • Get familiar with Agile by participating in Scrum events (daily, retrospective meetings; estimation, planning sessions, etc.)
  • Have the opportunity to contribute to building and deploying automation and see how CI/CD works
