This is a full-time, remote internship for 3 months, offering you the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals at Sigma Software. Project

You will support the launch of new internal initiatives and assist in ongoing projects. These may involve IoT, smart home technologies, and sustainable energy solutions, providing exposure to cutting-edge domains and modern development practices.

Requirements

  • Analytical and result-oriented mindset
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and master the business analysis domain
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Interest in IoT, smart home technologies, and sustainable energy solutions
  • Knowledge of requirements management lifecycle and SDLC
  • Basic understanding of requirements analysis and documentation practices (e.g., use cases, user stories)

WILL BE A PLUS

  • Knowledge or experience with UML, BPMN, or other modeling methodologies/tools
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related field
  • ECBA certification / CPRE Foundation Level certification

Responsibilities

  • Gather information from various stakeholders and sources, analyze it, and document as requirements
  • Review and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper structure
  • Analyze and model system processes and workflows
  • Participate in meetings, prepare follow-up records, and update requirements accordingly
  • Collaborate with developers, test engineers, and designers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
